Nex Era Global ("we") runs the member portal at nexera-global.net. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, username, email, mobile number, address, and your I.D. for KYC.
• When you sign in with Facebook or Google: your name, email address and the account ID that the provider shares. We never receive your Facebook or Google password and we never post anything for you.
• Records of your orders, codes, wallet and commissions, and the messages you send to stores and AI assistants on this site.
• Basic technical data needed for security: IP address, browser, sign-in times.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account (login codes, fraud checks), process orders, deliver goods, and pay commissions.
• To send service emails (login codes, receipts, account alerts) and, only if you agree, updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with the services that run the site — email delivery (Brevo), hosting (Google Cloud), couriers for your deliveries — and with authorities when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can view and edit your details in your profile. To have your account and data deleted, see Data deletion. Records we must keep by law (e.g. sales and tax records) are kept only as long as required.
