1. Remove the Facebook / Google connection

Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find Nex Era Global → Remove.
Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps → Nex Era Global → Remove access.
After this we can no longer receive anything from your Facebook or Google account.

2. Ask us to delete your account

Email no-reply@nexera.local from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and your username or Member ID. We confirm within 7 days and delete your profile, sign-in links (Facebook / Google ID), messages and uploaded files.

Sales, payout and tax records that the law requires us to keep are kept only for the required period, then deleted. Unpaid commissions are settled or forfeited according to the policies you agreed to.
